Giant armadillo-pony hybrid

I made this one for the pony splice contest of .

After thinking about whta animal to use i finally decided for a giant armadillo. At first i was going to draw a mantis shrimp Rarity too, but i don't have enough time left.

At first I was going to color it similar to an actual giant Armadillo, but then i though "ponies are technicolor colored. why should a pony splice be diffrent?" And so i chose the current color scheme.
